Exchange Program: Seacoast Services has an exchange program for the S Series Vacuum Pump (Bolt Style) and are sold with a product warranty* of 1 year . We take your older Vacuum Pump in trade. These pumps are shipped to you with a core charge of $50.00 included in the price. The core charge is assessed until your old Vacuum Pump is received back at Seacoast Services, whereupon the core charge is returned to you and credit is issued to your credit card company
(depending upon method of original payment)
A prepaid shipping label will be included for continental orders.
Each pump is acid cleaned, New Bellows, Bellows Clamps, O'Rings, Duck Bill Valves and the New Whisper Motor, 12vt or 24vt are installed, Vacuum Tested.
If you have an older (clamp style or T style) we can Not offer you a store credit.
NOTE: Your old pump must be returned within 30 days to get the core credit.
*Warranty is through Seacoast Services.

Exact Replacement
The product was delivered as promised. Ordered two units, when the package arrived, it was noted that one of the units was damaged. One phone call and a replacement unit was on the way. Replacement unit arrived in a timely fashion.
Customer service was excellent - had a problem- problem addressed - problem resolved. Deal with a large volume of vendors, this vendor is an example of how business should be operated. -

This product came as promised. It was a drop and swap and fit was good. Support and answer to questions was timely and above average. Service was excellent. Credit for core was given almost immediately upon receipt by Seacoast Services.
