Great product... Not difficult installation.. The vacu-flush head should have come this way to begin with - a huge improvement in the noise level which is especially appreciated at night.

super easy to change out
I bought this unit to replace a 504729 MO27RM motor for a 2000 searay 290. The job took a whopping 5 mintes and i did not even need to replace the guts of the pump, just the motor. super easy and worked great.

Exactly what I needed.
My old head pump was noisy before it stopped working complete. The retrofit kit had everything I needed to change the motor, bellows, gaskets etc. Once I got the entire pump assembly out of the boat (as with most everything on a Sea Ray it was hard to get at) the conversion was very simple. The new setup works great and is very quite.

Whisper Quiet Motor....can't be heard
It's true...the motor noise is undetectable under the loud suction noise of the pump generating the vacuum. Honestly, what is the point of a quiet motor with the ever present, repetitive, and quite loud noise the pump bellows makes?
My take is don’t buy this kit for the quiet motor; buy it because you need to rebuild at a good price. The kit also upgrades the pivot bolt, the motor/pump connection, and the bolt. The kit eliminates parts and generates suction faster.

Whisper quiet is correct
The pump on my head system went out , on the recommendation of my mechanic I orderd the whisper quiet kit , very easy to install a direct replacement fit for my stock searay unit , as it Is advertised this unit is extremely quiet , I no longer here the pimp running from the head room as before , would recommend this upgrade
