We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound

USPS Parclel Post: Is an economical way to ship heavier tiems through the United States Postal Service. Packages shipped USPS Parcel Post are delivered with your normal mail and can be delivered to your PO box. USPS Parcel post has an expected delivery window of anywhere from 2 to 8 business days, these delivery times are not guranteed by the USPS nor Seacoast Service. We have found that while Parcel Post is an economical shipping option, it does take rather long for delivery when compared to our other shipping options and under no circumstance should be the chosen shipping method for time sensative deliveries. 

USPS Priority Mail: Provides an affordable delivery option for lightweight packages. Packages shipped USPS Priority mail are delivered with your normal mail and can be delivered to your PO box. USPS Priority mail is usually delivered in 2-3 days, but delivery times are not guranteed by the post office or Seacoast Services, and you package my take longer than expected due to external factors. USPS Priority Mail does provide tracking that may be delayed up to 48 hours. This service is not recommended for packages requiring mid to expediate speed. 

USPS Express Mail: Provides an affordable expediate shipping option for lightweight packages. Packages shipped USPS Express Mail may or may be delivered with your normal mail, depending on what time you receive your daily mail delivery, and can be delivered to your PO Box. USPS Express Mail is delivered, "to most locations within one business day," but Seacoast Services will not gurantee this (for definite guranteed overnight shipping options please select an overnight UPS Service). Tracking is provided. This service is recommended for packages that need expeditent shipping.

UPS Ground: Is the preffered shipping option of Seacoast Services. Combining a speedy delivery of 1-5 business days depending on your location, UPS' state of the art and accurate up the minute tracking, and personal door-to-door delivery service it is the best "bang for your buck" for your shipping choice. UPS Ground is recommend for shipments that are not expediate and want the premium service UPS provides

UPS 3-Day Select: Provides a guranteed 3 business deliver time frame for your package, with delivery usually happening anytime within 1-3 business days of shipment. UPS 3-Day Select provides UPS' state of the art and accurate up to the minute tracking and personal door-to-door service. It it recommend packages are not expediate but still have a deadline for delivery. 

UPS 2nd-Day Air: An economical expediate option guranteeing delivery within 2 business days. UPS 2nd-Day Air features UPS' state of the art and accurate up the minute tracking, and personal door-to-door delivery service. It is recommendated for expediate packages with a more leanant deadline.

UPS 2nd-Day Air Early A.M.: UPS 2nd-Day Air service with delivery time estimated to be between 10:30am and 12:00pm. This is for commercial address only, and is not offered at residental addresses or those that can receive UPS Next day Air.  

UPS Next-Day Air: Is the premium Next Day Delivery Service. Delivery time is between usually between 10:30am-12:30pm, depending on delivery address type. This service features UPS' state of the art and accurate up the minute tracking, and personal door-to-door delivery service. It is recommendaded for any expediate delivery. 

UPS Next-Day Air Saver: Is a next day service providing a more affordable expediated service. The package will arrive next day, but unlike UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Early A.M., it is guranteed to arrive by the end of the business day, not by a specific time. 

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.: Is a next day ervice providing a guranteed early delivery time, usually between 8:30am-9:00am depending on the address type. This is recommended for overnight deliveries needed by a certain time. 

UPS EXPRESS CRITICAL: Is the highest class of shipment offered by UPS. Packages can be delivered same day or by certain times to anywhere in the country. This shipping method and is only available by phone: 877-645-2064. This method is very costly, but can get packages to their destination in the strictest of deadlines. 


International Shipments 

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes: All international shipments will be charged shipping costs calculated by weight and destination. Our prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

International Returns or Packages Refused: If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the delivery company to abandon the order, and there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed into the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies: It is important for the customer to become familiar with the customs policies for the customer's country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country the customer is importing to can result in the order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the customs office to see if the customer's country permits the shipment of our products. Additionally, when ordering from us, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the customer is receiving the goods. Any fees charged to us due to non-compliance with the customer's country's laws and regulations will be charged to the customer as the importer of record. If an item(s) is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with said laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 15% of the value of the order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by customs in the importer's country.

USPS First Class Mail International: Provides an extremely economical way to ship packages to our northern neighbor. Delivery is estimated in 7-10 business days, custom processing may cause delays. This method provides tracking, but may not be as accurate or up to date as USPS Priority Mail International. Only orders up to four pounds can be shipped this method. This is recommended for package not requiring a fast speed or have a strict deadline.

USPS Priority Mail Inernational: Is Seacoast Services preffered method for shipping to our northern neighbor. This method has an estimated delivery of between 6-10 days and features more accurate tracking than USPS First Class Mail International. USPS Priority Mail International can handle package of all weights. This method is recommendation for packages needed in a quicker time frame and with better tracking. 

USPS Express Mail International: Provides delivery in an estimated 3-5 business days. USPS Express Mail is the most expediate option we offer Candaian customers. It features accurate tracking and can habdle packages of all weights. This method is recommended for packages requiring the most expediate delivery in Canada. 

Note: We do not offer any UPS services to Canada because of previous customer complaints of extremely high duties, tax charges, and delayed customs processing. 


All Other Nations

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Is Seacoast Services preffered method for shipping to our friends around the world. This method has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business day for Mexico, 3-4 business days for Europe, 4-5 business days for Latin America and Asia. Features UPS' state of the art and accurate up the minute tracking, and personal door-to-door delivery serviceThis method is cost effect and recommended for international shipments that do not require express delivery or have strict deadlines. 

UPS Worldwide Express: Is an express option with an estimated delivery of 1 business day to Mexico, 2 business days to Europe, and 2-3 business days for Asia and Latin America. Features UPS' state of the art and accurate up the minute tracking, and personal door-to-door delivery service. Not available at all adress types. This is recommended for packages requiring an express delivery option with a strict deadline. 

UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Features the same delivery time fram of UPS Worldwide Express but with early in the day delivery time. Not available at all address types.

Terms and Conditions: Packages are usually shipped within one business day. If shipments are delayed from leaving our warehouse, especially when the customer has selected an expedite shipping option, they will be contact immediatly. Seacoast Services does not gurantee that orders will leave our warehouse the day the order is placed. Orders placed at night are usually shipped the next business day. Seacoast Services also reserves the right to change shipping carrier at anytime on your order, In any case, Seacoast Services will only change carries or shipping methods to increae your shipping speed. We do this for your convience and satisfaction. 


Return Policy


Seacoast Services does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Seacoast Services does not take title to the refunded item.


Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery to Seacoast Services. All claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier.


If your order is cancelled for any reason after it is placed, it will be subject to a 10% order cancellation fee, EVEN if it has not yet shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and are then subject to the terms and conditions of a return. The qualifications of a shipped order are once a tracking number has been assigned.


To start the return process, call us at 1-(800) 352-4323 and we’ll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RMA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.


A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.


  • There are no returns on any electric or electronic parts.
  • There are no returns on special order parts.
  • No returns after 30 days.
  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded.


In addition, no returns on items considered ‘sanitary‘, unless internal item packaging and box has been unopened and not tampered with. Sanitary items include -toilet seats, toilet lids, toilet bowls, toilet bases.


For any return, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system. The product must be in its original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, including the UPC bar code.


The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. Please note that items that use liquids cannot be returned if used. It cannot be returned via UPS or mail even if you drain the tank before shipping.
