Whisper motor is less noisy
The motor is less noisy than the original. Would like more detailed explanation in the instructions such as the alignment of the half rings and the small "o" ring. I had to do the install 2 times to get the unit to hold vacuum.

nice retro fit
After a very helpful discussion with George, the online consultant, ordered this replacement motor. Easily installed by 2 neophytes in boating....and works quietly. Motor mount screws not the easiest to put in....maybe can be put in thru the front. Thank you George!

I have a 1999 Hunter and the Vacuflush head quit working.
Sealand sells a retro fit upgrade kit to bring my old vacuum pump into the modern age.
The kit, the instructions were a perfect fit, and all went like t should have.
If you have an older Sealand Vacumum flush head in need of a new motor, get this retro upgrade kit, it works.
