This adaptor removes all the complicated fitting to the adapt a Sealand toilet to a sanitation hose.. You will need a bit of Dow corning #4 lubricant or equivalent to slide the fitting inside the base perfectly and all that is needed is a couple SS hose clamps .. now I hae to return about 14 adapters and sweeps I had bought at Home Depot before discovering this ..
