Exact fit and solved the problem
My pump would run periodically during the night. I checked for vacuum leaks everywhere and couldn't find any. Purchased this switch and it solved the problem. When I installed it, I noticed that my old switch has a metal disc on the inside that had bent in 1/2. That may have been the problem.

Solves to problem.
This vacuum switch has been improved I have not installed the switch yet however the product appears to be well constructed..It is unfortunate that a person cannot acquire a replacement diaphragm. The assembly as it comes is somewhat pricey however there appears to be no other options.

10mmhg is the magic number
Went to a customers boat and had one vacuflush not working and the other one never shutting off (also not working.) Ended up being a bad vacuum switch on the one that never shut off. I removed the pumps and disassembled them as well to check the valves. I have a vacuum gauge for a car and looked up how much vacuum the pump needed to draw. I found out that if the pump can pull 10mm of Hg it is ready for use. This switch is designed to cut out at 10 mm Hg.

Perfect part to fix an old problem
I had a problem with a the pump running frequently and after fitting a toilet overhaul kit the problem remained. I emailed George to ask his advise as he had been very helpful in the past and he suggested checking the vacuum switches. That was the problem and after fitting new switches the problem is gone! In fact the Toilets held there vacuum for over 4 days before the pump started briefly to get them back to operating vacuum range. Thanks George for your help.
